The Cote D’ivoire logistics sector at present is dominated by transportation. However, the industry also faces unique challenges such as:

• Fragmented Industry: The sector is dominated by numerous unorganized players, with only 10% market share held by organized companies.
• Infrastructure & Road Connectivity: Limited infrastructure, regulatory hurdles, and lack of proper connectivity slow down logistics growth.
• Storage Challenges: Limited material handling, fragmented warehousing, and insufficient storage for perishable goods.

ICCI-CI has taken several initiatives in the logistics and supply chain domain, focusing on:
